So this past week was my first week to do the Challenge! It started off great! I did a p90x video with my co-workers and if felt great to get moving! Little did I know that for the next 3 days I wouldn't be able to walk normally because of it! Why I don't know I have done it before so I don't know what the deal was but my calf muscles were so sore I wanted to just not move! Other than the big set back in my workouts I have done great with my eating well and drinking tons of water! I used my first cheat at the Cowboys playoff game this past saturday against the Eagles! And yes I had the Ulitmate Nachos!!! Not all of them because I would have thrown up if I did! Anyway I am off to a great start let's hopw this week goes as well with more working out! Off to the gym I go...
Hats off to you for doing p90x. My husband bought it when he got back from Iraq and loves it (when he does it). I have never made it through pylometrics completely. Jump squats, running stance squats, squats, squats, squats... enough said.
